The Graduate Institute of Basic Medical Sciences in the National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan,
invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position at the rank of assistant, associate, or full
professor beginning August 2022. Rank will be dependent on the experience and stature in the field. 

The ideal candidates for the position are collaborative Ph.D. scientists with an established research 
program in metabolomics, genomics, and cancer biology. Scientists who investigate extracellular 
vesicle biogenesis and functions or employ bioinformatic approaches to address research questions
are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities will consist of maintaining a vigorous and internationally visible research program, 
teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in English, recruiting graduate students, and 
participating in institute, college, and university service activities. The successful candidate will 
occupy lab space in the new hall of medical research building, a state-of-the art facility that houses 
young and distinguished scientists in the College of Medicine.
