 研究計畫及非博士論文計畫書之撰寫，請參考科技部專題計畫格式。
The formal of research proposal and non-thesis proposal please refer to Ministry of Science and Technology Grant Proposal .
*  學生在撰寫研究計畫書，應隨計畫書內容練習撰寫相關的「實驗動物照護與使用委員會審查同意書」、「基因重組實驗審查表及基因重物實驗/RG2以上感染性生物材料實驗申請同意書」或「人體研究倫理審查委員會人體研究計畫審查申請書及受試者同意書」。

 請於一周前將舉行報告的「日期」、「時間」、「地點」及「題目」通知所辦公室。
