113學年度基醫所研究日訂於114年1月13日(星期一)，於醫學院第四講堂舉行。

報名及注意事項如下：

一、    博三及博四學生依規定須口頭報告及張貼海報。其他年級學生採自由報名。
           ※ 113學年度所務會議通過，修正研究日辦法參加對象之規定：本所博士班學生於博士班第四年(含)結束前，須參加至少二次研究日之進度成果發表。
           ※ 請於 113/12/25 (三) 前回覆附件一：報名資料(EXCEL檔案)及院研究日申請文件(WORD檔案)。
           ※ 海報及簡報電子檔案請於 114/1/3(五)前繳交。
二、    以英文進行口頭報告(含Q&A)，每人3分鐘；提問2分鐘(含委員及現場提問)。
三、    口頭報告 3 分鐘：以 PowerPoint 作成投影片(以 4：3 投影片模版製作)，投影片不超過 2 張為原則(含首頁)。如投影片有以動畫方式呈現，出現後之文字(或圖檔)須留於頁面中，不可以被覆蓋消失。
四、    海報格式：直式A0。參賽海報或投影片均不得寫出已投稿或被接受之期刊相關資訊。
五、    在過去研究日得獎者須以新的研究成果報告。
六、    基醫所研究日將會訂有獎勵辦法及獎學金。(附件二：基醫所研究日實施辦法)
七、    醫學院研究日訂於 114年2月8日(星期六)舉行，報名方式另行通知。醫學院研究日包括海報競賽及口頭競賽，基醫所參加競賽名單由基醫所研究日之評審委員推薦之；海報競賽全體參加所研究日之同學全數推薦參加；口頭競賽則依醫學院公告之各系所人數推薦參加。

Announcement: The IBMS Research Day in 2025
The IBMS research day will be held on Jan. 13, 2025.  For the information, please see below.
1.    The third- and fourth-year students must attend oral presentations and poster contests. Please inform me by filling out the form before December 25, 2024. The form please see the attached file.
* The regulation regarding eligible participants for research days has been amended and approved during the Institute Affairs Meeting in the fall semester of the 2024 academic year. The students must participate in public presentations during research days at least twice before the end of their fourth year in the doctoral program.
2.    The oral presentation which includes 3-min presentation and 2-min Q&A discussion, should be in English.
3.    The file for your presentation needs to be shown in PowerPoint and should not be over 2 pages. Please note that your PowerPoint file is 4:3 in size and make sure the text stays on the page if you choose to show the data in a video.
4.    Poster Size: A0 (vertical)
* The posters and slides, please do not include information about submitted or accepted journal-related details
5.    Students who have received awards on past research days must present new research results.
6.    Please see the attached file for The Regulations for Research Day of IBMS.
7.    The research day for the College of Medicine will be held on February 8, 2025. Further information will be provided soon. The Medical School Research Day includes poster and oral competitions. All students participating in the institute's Research Day are recommended to join the poster competition. For the oral competition, participants will be recommended based on the quota allocated to the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences. 

Where any discrepancy arises between the English translation and the Original Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
