114學年度基醫所研究日訂於115年1月12日(星期一)，於醫學院第四講堂舉行。

報名及注意事項如下：

一、參加對象：本所學生。本所學生於博士班第四年(含)結束前，須參加至少二次研究日之進度成果發表，包括口頭報告及張貼海報。

※ 報名資料請於 114/12/19 (五) 前回覆附件一的檔案。

※ 海報及簡報電子檔案請於 115/1/2(五)前繳交。

二、以英文進行口頭報告(含Q&A)，每人3分鐘；提問2分鐘(含委員及現場提問)。

三、口頭報告3分鐘：以 PowerPoint作成投影片(以4：3投影片模版製作)，投影片不超過2張為原則(含首頁)。如投影片有以動畫方式呈現，出現後之文字(或圖檔)須留於頁面中，不可以被覆蓋消失。

四、海報格式：直式A0。參賽海報或投影片均不得寫出已投稿或被接受之期刊相關資訊。

五、在過去研究日得獎者須以新的研究成果報告。

六、基醫所研究日將會訂有獎勵辦法及獎學金。(附件二：基醫所研究日實施辦法)

Announcement: The IBMS Research Day in 2026

The IBMS research day will be held on Jan. 12, 2026. For the information, please see below.

1. Participants: Ph.D. students of the IBMS

※ Before the end of their fourth year in the Ph.D. program, students are required to participate in at

least two Research Days to present their research progress, including both oral and poster

presentations. Please inform me of your participation by filling out the form before December 19,

2025. The form please see the attached file.

※ Please submit the electronic files of your poster and presentation by Friday, January 2, 2026.

2. The oral presentation which includes 3-min presentation and 2-min Q&A discussion, should be in English.
3. The file for your presentation needs to be shown in PowerPoint and should not be over 2 pages. Please note that your PowerPoint file is 4:3 in size and make sure the text stays on the page if you choose to show the data in a video.
4. Poster Size: A0 (vertical)

*The posters and slides, please do not include information about submitted or accepted journal-related details

5. Students who have received awards on past research days must present new research results.
6. Please see the attached file for The Regulations for Research Day of IBMS.

Where any discrepancy arises between the English translation and the Original Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
